These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the A Town Limo website and transportation services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services
A Town Limo provides professional chauffeur-driven transportation services in Atlanta, Georgia, including but not limited to airport transfers, point-to-point rides, and private transportation.
Our fleet may include:
Cadillac Sedan – up to 3 passengers and 3 luggage
Cadillac SUV – up to 4 passengers and 4 luggage
Mercedes Sprinter Van – up to 14 passengers and 14 luggage
Vehicle availability is subject to scheduling and confirmation.
Reservations and Booking
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. Accurate pickup, drop-off, date, and contact details must be provided at the time of booking. A Town Limo reserves the right to refuse service for incomplete or inaccurate information.
Pricing and Payments
Pricing is based on distance, time, vehicle type, and service requested. Final charges may include tolls, airport fees, parking, waiting time, or additional stops. Payment methods may include credit or debit cards, invoices, or other approved payment options. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Sedan and SUV bookings require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. Sprinter Van bookings require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made outside the required notice period or no-shows may be charged the full fare.
Waiting Time
Complimentary waiting time may be provided for airport pickups. Additional waiting time beyond the allotted period may result in extra charges. Delays caused by passengers may incur additional fees.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, wear seatbelts where required, treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect, and are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. A Town Limo reserves the right to terminate service without refund in cases of unsafe, abusive, or illegal behavior.
Limitation of Liability
A Town Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for missed flights or appointments due to such delays. Lost or unattended personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger.
Website Use
Website content is provided for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use or reproduction of website content is prohibited. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
